By design, BCS Heritage is a small, family owned brokerage firm. We seek clients who appreciate the value of integrity, honesty and personal responsibility. Trent Owens

I devote a good deal of my time and energy in the property management field, working with investors in procuring investment properties that suit their individual needs and portfolios. After earning an Engineering degree from Texas A&M, I became interested in real estate investing. Upon building a small rental property portfolio myself, and realizing the intricacies associated with managing them, I decided to obtain my real estate license and subsequently, by brokerage license.

Bethany Owens

Bethany has an extensive property management background. She has worn many hats as she spent most of her college years working in the industry. Some of her positions include: Bookkeeper, Property Manager and Regional Supervisor for multiple large (and lease-up) apartment communities. She has served many years on the local and state Boards of Directors for two prominent rental owner associations including TAA and BCSAA serving as President of the local board twice. This service provides a unique benefit to our clients in that she is kept abreast of local, state and federal law changes that affect our industry often before they are even implemented. She has also obtained extensive training in property management and has received two National Apartment Association Designations including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). Because of her credentials, she has been asked on numerous occasions to develop and teach topics at the local association such as Fair Housing, Leasing Basics, Lease Overview, and various others. Together, we have nearly 30 years in the Real Estate and Property Management industry.
